Part 1 - Yoga Exercises for Children (30 Minutes)

Calm the Body. Focus the Mind. Prepares the Brain to learn.

This will be a guided session where the children will be guided to perform simple yoga exercises. These simple movements will help them to release excess energy, regulate their emotions, and to enter a calm and focused state. This prepares them for optimal learning in the next stage – Brain Mastery. 

Yoga exercises gently shifts children from a busy, overstimulated state into calm focus.

Yoga helps the children to:

  • Release physical restlessness
  • Regulate breathing and emotions
  • Enter a relaxed, attentive learning state
  • Exercise tense muscles from classroom lessons
  • Create a fun and open energy filled with joy and anticipation

Part 2 - Brain Mastery Training (60 Minutes)

Developing the mental skills and building the brain power that will benefit them for school and for life. 

Train The Brain (Brain Mastery)

Using carefully crafted thinking challenges, brain flexibility exercises, creativity activities, and guided questioning, the children begin to strengthen their focus, enhance their thinking skills, boost their creativity, and develop stronger focus and memory abilities.

Why this sequence matters?

Very often, enrichment classes take place after school. Depending on the situation, they might be rushed to get ready, they might have a short break, or they might come straight after class. Whatever the scenario, one thing is for certain – their mind and body are not at its most receptive state.
