Welcome to Brain Mastery Online, a programme operated by BrainXpansion Pte Ltd (“BrainXpansion”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By registering for a free trial or purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms.

1. Subscriptions and renewal

Premium and VIP are paid subscription plans. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each applicable billing period unless cancelled before the next renewal. The price and billing frequency applicable to your subscription are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time using our official Subscription Cancellation Page. This is the designated method for submitting cancellations. Once cancellation is successfully processed, your subscription will not renew, and your Brain Mastery subscription emails will continue until the end of your current paid subscription period, after which they will stop.

Please cancel before your next renewal to avoid the next recurring charge. If the cancellation page is unavailable or does not work, contact us promptly using the contact details below so we can assist.

3. Refunds

Refunds are not automatic. You may request a refund by contacting BrainXpansion with your subscription details and the reason for your request. Each request will be reviewed and decided on a case-by-case basis, subject to applicable law.

4. Email delivery

Our activities and subscription materials are delivered primarily by email. Please provide a valid email address and add brainxpansion.com to your email provider’s safe sender or allowlist. Check your spam or junk folder if an expected email does not arrive. We make reasonable efforts to deliver our emails but cannot guarantee delivery where messages are blocked, filtered or affected by systems outside our control. Contact us if you experience ongoing delivery issues.

5. Personal and family use

Brain Mastery Online lessons, worksheets, videos and downloadable materials are provided for your own personal and family educational use. You may download and print permitted materials for use within your household. Please do not resell, republish, redistribute or use them commercially without our prior written permission.

6. Educational information

Our programme provides educational activities and parenting guidance. It does not provide medical, psychological or clinical advice, and individual learning outcomes may vary. We do not guarantee specific academic, behavioural or cognitive results. Parents and caregivers should supervise activities as appropriate for their children.

7. Changes to the programme or terms

We may update programme content, features, delivery arrangements or these terms from time to time. Where a change materially affects an existing paid subscription, we will provide appropriate advance notice. Updated terms will be published on this page.

BrainXpansion Pte Ltd respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information in connection with Brain Mastery Online, in accordance with applicable Singapore personal data protection requirements.

1. Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, subscription plan, payment and subscription status, communications with us, and any other information you choose to provide when using our service. If you provide information about your child to request age-appropriate activities, we will use it for that purpose.

2. How we use your information

We use personal information to register and manage your account, deliver programme emails and activities, process and administer subscriptions, respond to enquiries, send important service notices and, where permitted under applicable consent requirements, share relevant news, workshops, courses and promotional offers from BrainXpansion.

3. Promotional emails

We may send you information about other BrainXpansion programmes or offers where you have consented or where otherwise permitted by law. You can opt out of promotional emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages or by contacting us. Opting out of promotional messages does not by itself cancel an active paid subscription. Essential subscription and administrative communications may still be sent as needed.

4. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell or rent your personal information or email address to third parties. We may share information with trusted service providers only as needed to operate Brain Mastery Online, including Stripe for payment processing and MailerLite for email delivery and subscriber management. Such providers may process information outside Singapore, subject to applicable safeguards and legal requirements. We may also disclose information where required by law.

5. Payment security

Payments are processed by Stripe. BrainXpansion does not directly store your full payment card details. Stripe handles payment information under its own privacy and security practices.

6. Data protection and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information against unauthorised access, misuse, loss or disclosure. We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including legal, accounting and operational requirements, and then delete or anonymise it when appropriate.

7. Your privacy choices

You may contact us to request access to or correction of your personal information, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a privacy concern. We will handle such requests in accordance with applicable law. Withdrawal of consent for information necessary to provide the service may affect our ability to continue delivering it.

8. Updates to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services or legal requirements change. The latest version will be available on this page, with the revision date shown above.
